• 10:00am: EAT Before you arrive – Report time
  FHS STUDENTS WEAR SHOW SHIRT FOR REHEARSAL – MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR BLACK SOCKS AND SHOES FOR REHEARSAL AND THE SHOW SHIRT!!! Sound System, drum major ladders, podium and field set up location TBD (field/stadium)
• 10:10am: Stretch Block set-up
• 10:15am: Rehearsal Begins (Marching Technique/Body Block) (Music Warm-up) Chunks, Run-through…
• 1:45pm:  Sack Snack – BRING YOUR OWN!
• 2:45pm:  Rehearsal Resumes
• 2:45pm:  Run-through
  If we make FINALS and worst case we go on first this is the initial flow) – we will communicate through Remind!
• 3:45pm:  PRESENTATION OF AWARDS – All Competing Band Drum Majors.
  Mr. Kohler will immediately send message about Finals schedule. 
  • 3:30pm: Load Trucks – DINNER PROVIDED
  • 4:45pm: Depart for Lucas Oil
  • 5:25pm: Arrive Lucas Oil Stadium Lot
• 5:10pm:  Finalist Directors Meeting, Stadium Cleared and Dinner Break
• 6:15pm:  GATES OPEN for FINALS
• 6:15-6:30pm: Physical Warm-up A
• 6:30-7:00pm: Musical Warm-up A
• 6:15-6:45am: Front Ensemble Warm up time
• 6:45pm:  National Anthem
• 6:50pm:  Front Ensemble Report time
• 7:10pm:  Band Report time
• 7:15pm:  First Performing Finalist Band
  •  ***FISHERS PERFORMANCE*** TBD
    We will not know until AFTER the Finalist Directors Meeting at 5:10 PM
  • AFTER PERFORMANCE – ALL props, equipment and students will head back to the trucks and busses to chat and load
    …if we perform at 7:15 or later, after performance students will bring equipment back to truck, stay in bibbers, head to concessions (BRING MONEY!) for snack, dinner MUST be careful while eating in uniform) If we don’t perform here and perform later, we can still head to concessions
• 10:45pm,: Finals Competition Ends – FULL RETREAT
• 11:00pm: FINALE – PRESENTATION OF AWARDS
• 11:30pm:  LOAD BUS AND DEPART FOR FHS! ~
• 12:10-12:20a: TENTATIVE ARRIVAL FHS – UNLOAD, go Home 🙂
