Full Itinerary

• 9:15am:  Report time @ FHS STUDENTS WEAR SHOW SHIRT FOR REHEARSAL – MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR BLACK SOCKS AND SHOES FOR REHEARSAL AND THE SHOW!!!
  Sound System, drum major ladders, podium and field set up location TBD (field/stadium)
• 9:25am:  Stretch Block set-up
• 9:30am:  Rehearsal Begins (Marching Technique/Body Block) (Music Warm-up) Chunks, Run-through…
  • SNACK-we will have time for a 15-20 minutes snack-BRING YOUR OWN!
• 12:40pm: Run-through
• 1:00pm:  Load Trucks – LUNCH PROVIDED trucks are definitely allowed to leave before the band especially the prop truck
• 2:30pm:  Depart for LUCAS OIL in bibbers for BOA Indianapolis Super Regional Championship Prelims
• 3:15pm:  Arrive Lucas Oil Stadium Lot
• 4:05pm:  SW RAMP/DOCK
• 4:15-4:30: Physical Warm-up A
• 4:30-5:00: Musical Warm-up A
• 4:15-4:45pm: Front Ensemble Warm up time
• 4:50pm:  Front Ensemble Report time
• 5:05pm:  Band Report time
• 5:15pm:  FISHERS PERFORMANCE
• 5:45pm:   AFTER PERFORMANCE – ALL props, equipment and students will head back to the trucks and busses to chat and load
• 7:00pm:  Depart for FHS
• 7:45pm:  Arrive and Unload, Go Home and to sleep 🙂
