Friday – Grand Nationals

High School students are excused and DO NOT have to call in as I have provided list to attendance
JUNIOR HIGH STUDENTS – please have you parent email your school – I have sent email to the Junior high principals notifying them that you will be calling in
Report time @ FHS STUDENTS WEAR SHOW SHIRT FOR REHEARSAL – MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR BLACK SOCKS AND SHOES FOR REHEARSAL AND THE SHOW!!!
Sound System, drum major ladders, podium and field set up location TBD (field/stadium)
- 7:45am Rehearsal Begins (Marching Technique/Body Block) (Music Warm-up) Chunks, Run-through…
- 9:45am Run-through – reset practice field to allow for traffic flow at 2:55 so student parking flow can drive through parking lot to and through Billericay
- 10:00am Load Trucks – truck please leave when ready SACK LUNCH – BRING YOUR OWN – next time you eat will be in Lucas Oil Stadium
- 10:30am Depart for LUCAS OIL in FULL UNIFORM for BOA Grand National Prelims YOU MUST PUT A CHANGE OF CLOTHES IN YOUR GARMENT BAG as the buses will leave after they drop us off – instrument cases can be put on one of the trucks
- 11:30am Arrive Lucas Oil Stadium Lot
- 12:20pm SW RAMP/DOCK
- 12:30-12:45pm Physical Warm-up A
- 12:45-1:15pm Musical Warm-up A
- 12:30-1:00pm Front Ensemble Warm up time
- 1:05pm Front Ensemble Report time
- 1:20pm Band Report time
- 1:30pm FISHERS PERFORMANCE
2:00pm AFTER PERFORMANCE – ALL props, equipment and students will head back to the trucks to load NOTE: buses will have left to go do their routes so please have ALL you items you need in your garment bag then we will go back into Lucas Oil to watch a few bands until our buses arrive from their routes BRING $$$$$$$$ for concessions (DINNER) - 5:30pm Depart for FHS for dinner and rehearsal
- 6:45pm arrive and watch video discuss tomorrow and the go home to sleep
- 8:30pm Drum Majors – go back with Kohler & McCready for awards
- 9:30pm SEMI-FINALIST Director mtg… we will make the schedule for tomorrow and send via Remind
