You should have received information on the Silent Auction including a Request Letter and Donation Form. Please reach out to the businesses you frequent and ask them to support our band program by donating to our auction. To avoid hitting up the same businesses by multiple people, a list of the businesses that have been contacted so far are posted in CutTime, under the Files/Docs Tab in the Auction drawer. There’s also a copy of the Request Letter and Donation Form in the same drawer, if needed.
