Car Wash – August 10, 2019
Car wash ticket distribution dates: July 22, 23, 24 after practice
Hello Parents and Guardians!
It’s almost time for the 2019 Car Wash Fundraiser! It will be Saturday, August 10, 9am-3pm, and it will be hosted by Chuy’s at Hamilton Town Center. This is one of the most important fundraisers of the year! Proceeds help the Band Boosters help the FHS Tiger Band get back to ISSMA state finals!!
Car Wash tickets are $10 each.
Tickets include:
- Free appetizer or dessert from Chuy’s Mexican Restaurant
- $5 off each ticket in one room for The Escape Room Downtown Indy or Fishers locations.
Each marcher will be given ten numbered car wash tickets to sell. Each marcher only needs to sell 10 tickets to meet our budget goal for this fundraiser!! If you don’t wish to participate simply return the tickets/envelope at one of the listed Collection Nights.
Important: All non-returned car wash tickets will be charged to your student’s account. The tickets have value and must be sold or returned. Thank you for understanding.
Collection Nights
- August 2: at MB Preview night – look for a car wash tent and/or table
- August 6: 6-6:30pm in the band driveway
- August 7: 6-6:30pm in the band driveway
- August 8: 9-9:30pm in the band driveway
All unsold tickets and money must be turned in by August 8th.
Your student’s name will be entered in a drawing for prizes for every 10 tickets sold! We’ll also have prizes for top individual sellers!
