7:45 a.m. Call time for Concert Open Only
8:00 a.m. Concert Open rehearsal
9:45 a.m. Concert World report only
10:00 a.m. Concert World rehearsal
12:00 p.m. Concert Open run through
12:15 p.m. Concert World run through
12:30 a.m. Load Concert equipment (LUNCH PROVIDED) / Movement battery students not in concert groups report
1:30 p.m. Depart for Decatur Central
2:30 p.m. Arrive Decatur Central and unload / Battery continue to Decatur Central Middle School and rehearse
3:30 p.m. Concert Open warm-up
4:00 p.m. Concert Open performance / After performance push to DC Middle School meet up with battery
6:00 p.m. Load truck / Sack lunch / We will also provide pizza snack
7:00 p.m. Depart Decatur Central for Avon
7:25 p.m. Arrive in Avon
8:23 p.m. Concert World warm up
8:53 p.m. Concert World performance
9:18 p.m. Movement World warm up
9:48 p.m. Movement World performance
10:00 p.m. Load truck immediately after performance
10:30 p.m. Awards
11:00 p.m. Load bus and depart for FHS
12:00 a.m. Arrive FHS UNLOAD!*
