Just when you thought you could take a breather-there’s another event! Put November 29th on your calendar for the Marching Band Banquet. It will be at 502 East Event Centre in Carmel at 502 E Carmel Dr. It’s from 6-9 PM but please arrive between 5:30-5:50 to check in. Attached is the RSVP form that needs to be turned in with money. It can be sent with your marcher to the box in the band room-checks payable to Fishers Band Boosters. There is room for 750 people and we’ll probably need every single seat. Not sure how they’re doing seating arrangements but it has been said the kids will get to sit with their friends. PLEASE RSVP! You will not get a ticket-there will just be a list at the door for check in.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR MARCHER! The cost of the other attendees covers the band members.

Also-two of the meals last week were NOT covered by the season’s food budget, Chick-fil-A and the McAlisters on Saturday. Mary Lupacchino paid for these and is accepting donations to help cover the cost. It came to over $1700. You can send her some $ via paypal at https://www.paypal.com/
