- 8:00am – Report time @ FHS STUDENTS WEAR BLACK SHIRT FOR REHEARSAL – BRING WILD SHOW SHIRT – MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR BLACK SOCKS (LONG SOCKS!!!! COMPLETELY BLACK AND SHOES FOR REHEARSAL AND THE SHOW!!!
- Sound System, drum major ladders, podium and field set up location TBD (field/stadium)
- 8:10am – Stretch Block set-up
- 8:15 am – Rehearsal Begins (Marching Technique/Body Block) (Music Warm-up) Chunks, Run-through…
- 11:00am – Run-through
- 11:10am – Load Trucks – SACK LUNCH – BAND RM/LGI
- 12:35pm – Depart for Ben Davis HS – in regular clothes
- 1:35pm – Arrive/Unload @ Ben Davis HS
- 2:35pm – Physical Warm-up
- 2:59pm – Transit to Music Warm-up
- 3:04pm – Musical Warm-up
- 3:46pm – Staging
- 3:49pm – FISHERS PERFORMANCE – WILD
- 4.07pm – AFTER PERFORMANCE – ALL props and equipment return to trucks and bus to load. Students will load buses and Change, SENIOR will come back to get into uniform for retreat
- BRING $$$ for Concessions
- 6:12pm – AWARDS
- 7:00pm – Depart for FHS
- 7:35pm – Arrive and Unload, CLEAN BAND ROOM, PAGLI AND PERC ROOM – Go Home and sleep 🙂
