IPA at Pendleton Heights

Concert A Itinerary

  • 9:30‑ Rehearsal
  • 12pm‑ Load Truck and Sack Lunch
    Make sure to bring a sack lunch . You may bring money for concessions at Pendleton Heights for after the performance, otherwise dinner will be on your own once we return to FHS and unload the truck.
  • 1:10‑ Load Bus
  • 1:15pm‑ Depart FHS
    We will leave FHS in our concert attire: * Long Sleeve Show shirt, black dress pants, black socks, and black dress shoes (no logos or swooshes!).
  • 1:45‑ Arrive at Pendleton Heights
    Director will check in at door #11 on the South end of the building. Students, chaperones, and equipment parents will receive hand stamps for entry, and then will proceed to the unloading area.
  • 1:55‑ Unload Equipment
    The truck will be unloaded from door #5 on the east side of the school.
  • 2:56‑ Warm‑Up (Area “A”)
  • 3:16‑ Transit
  • 3:25‑ Staging
  • 3:34‑ Perform!
    Immediately following our performance we will load instruments on to the truck (door #9 on South end of building) and then return to the stands to watch the rest of the concert percussion ensembles. Students may visit the concession area at this time. Please remember to bring cash.
  • 5:28‑ Awards
  • 6:15pm‑ Load Buses and Depart for FHS immediately following awards.
  • 6:45‑ Arrive at FHS, Unload, and Go Home!
    Please stay until all instruments have been unloaded from the truck and returned to the percussion room. 🙂
