Friday Itinerary

- 12:00 pm: High School students are excused and DO NOT have to call in as I have provided list to attendance
- JUNIOR HIGH STUDENTS – please have you parent email your school – I have sent email to the Junior high principals notifying them that you will be calling in
- Report time @ FHS STUDENTS WEAR SHOW SHIRT FOR REHEARSAL – MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR BLACK SOCKS AND SHOES FOR REHEARSAL AND THE SHOW!!!
- Sound System, drum major ladders, podium and field set up location TBD (field/stadium)
- 12:15 pm: Rehearsal Begins (Marching Technique/Body Block) (Music Warm-up) Chunks, Run-through…
- 2:40 pm: Run-through
- MUST MOVE CONES at 2:55 so student parking flow can drive through parking lot to and through Billericay
- 3:00 pm: Load Trucks – truck please leave when ready
- 4:30 pm: Depart for LUCAS OIL in FULL UNIFORM for BOA Grand National Prelims
- 5:15 pm: Arrive Lucas Oil Stadium Lot
- 6:05 pm: SW RAMP/DOCK
- 6:15-6:30 pm: Physical Warm-up A
- 6:30-7:00 pm: Musical Warm-up A
- 6:15-6:45 pm: Front Ensemble Warm up time
- 6:50 pm: Front Ensemble Report time
- 7:05 pm: Band Report time
- 7:15 pm: FISHERS PERFORMANCE
- 7:30 pm: AFTER PERFORMANCE – ALL props, equipment and students will head back to the trucks and busses to chat and load – Mr. Beachum will supervise the kiddos when they return to FHS
- 8:30 pm: Drum Majors – stay with Kohler & McCready for awards
- 8:15 pm: Depart for FHS
- 9:00 pm: Arrive, MEET and Unload, Adjourn
- 9:30 pm: SEMI – FINALIST Director mtg
- This is the meeting where semi-finalists find out their performance time for Semi-Finals
