- 9:45am Report time @ FHS STUDENTS WEAR YOUR CANDIDE SWEET SHOW SHIRT FOR REHEARSAL – MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR BLACK SOCKS AND SHOES FOR REHEARSAL AND THE SHOW!!! Sound System, drum major ladders, podium and field set up … location TBD (field/stadium)
- 10:00am Rehearsal Begins (VIS FOCUS)
- 1:00pm LUNCH CAFE A – Sack LUNCH (bring your own)
- 2:00pm Rehearsal Resumes (Music & Ensemble FOCUS)
- 4:30pm Run-through
- 4:40pm Load Trucks – DINNER PROVIDED in Cafe A. trucks are definitely allowed to leave before the band
- 6:15pm Depart for AVON in bibbers
- 7:15pm Arrive AVON HS
- 8:16pm transit to warm-up
- 8:29-8:44 Physical Warm-up B
- 8:44-9:14 Musical Warm-up B
- 9:27pm Band Report time
- 9:30pm FISHERS PERFORMANCE
- 9:40pm AFTER PERFORMANCE – ALL props, equipment and students will head back to the trucks and buses to chat and load
- 10:15pm AWARDS
- 10:30pm Depart for FHS
- 11:30pm Arrive and Unload
